The Coldstream Guard is a proud salute to the Yarra Valley as an internationally recognised, cool climate, winemaking region. This Cabernet Sauvignon is an expression of the cool-climate Yarra Valley and the beneficiary of the classic Levantine Hill philosophy, methodology and sylistic approach. The fresh lively juicy palate evokes flavours of Christmas cake and features an understated acidity enmeshes with slow-building, finely-honed talc-like tannins for velutinous texture, length of palate and subtle reverberance of flavour.
