About The Wine
The wines in the Levantine Hill Estate Range are all single vineyard wines produced from grapes grown on the Maroondah Highway Estate. Showing taut power with restraint, this classically refined medium bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is the result of an assemblage of multiple individual batches sourced from Block 10, 11 and 16 on the Mooroondah Highway vineyard. The poised elegant palate delivers classic nerve, verve and drive from the interplay of natural acidity, vibrant plush fruit weight with flavours of black fruits, and quietly yet confidently pushes through the palate to a long and reverberant finish.
