Since barley is the source of malt whisky’s complex flavours, it makes abundant sense to focus on where and how the barley is cultivated. This is the second release of the Gaia single malt from Waterford Distillery. Using local organic barley and putting in a whole load of extra effort to bring the whisky drinker something extra special.
