Launched in 2017 the Exceptional Single Cask series was created for the United States and Asia market.  This series is a celebration of The Macallan matured solely in Sherry seasoned casks filled between 1988 and 2004. The age statement ranging from 12 years to 30 years.

This bottling of cask number 9 was distilled on the 26th April 1988 and bottled on the 16th October 2018. It is one of only 130 bottles.
