This pack will support a fund to help bars in Melbourne when the lockdown restrictions are lifted. This could be through free tastings, bottle donations or advertising.

This is an official Arran Single Malt which has been endorsed by The World Robert Burns Federation. Made from approx 70% Bourbon Casks and 30% Sherry Casks, this light aromatic Single Malt is ideal for drinking, prior to or during a meal. Very fresh with no artificial colouring, this beautifully packaged malt is made for easy drinking. 43% abv

The Macallan Fine Oak 12 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (30ml)

One of the most famous single malt whiskies in the world. Aged for no less than 12 years in a selection of American and European oak casks seasoned with Sherry, as well as American oak casks seasoned with bourbon. 40% abv

The Balvenie Caribbean cask 14 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

Take the rich honey character of whisky from The Balvenie and finish maturation in some of the finest rum casks from the Caribbean. What you get is a whisky with enhanced vanilla notes and a spicy aromatic nose.

A terrific creation from Malt Master David Stewart which will give you the best of both worlds. 43% abv

Machrie Moor Single Malt Scotch Whisky (30ml)

Since 2004, Arran have produced a batch of peated malt whisky at the same time every year. It was first released in limited edition batches under the brand name Machrie Moor which is the name of the peat moor on the west coast of Arran. The barley is malted to a level of 20 ppm (phenol parts per million) to ensure that the Arran character is not lost amidst a sea of peat-smoke. Bottled at 46% abv without chill filtration, the end result is a wonderful balanced dram with sweet-fruit at the front of the palate followed by lingering peat on the finish. Delicious and warming, like the embers of a bonfire.

Old Ballantruan Aged 10 Years Single Malt Scotch Whisky (30ml)

Distilled using heavily peated malted barley in the traditional manner. After sleeping for 10 years in hand-picked oak barrels, this whisky is then bottled at 50% alcohol volume and has no artificial colours and is none chill-filtered in order to retain its layered and integrated peaty flavours.

The excellent combination of sweetness and peat is now bolstered by a little bit more maturity.
