North Star Spirits is an independent bottler based in Glasgow, Scotland. They pride themselves on bottling the finest single malt Scotch whisky, blended whisky and blended malt Scotch whisky. Producing artisan single cask whisky from various regions of Scotland as well as bottling rums, gins and Bourbon whiskey. All products are small batch, bottled at cask strength.

We’ll be joined for the tasting event by Scott Farrow from Wonderland Drinks who bring in North Star Spirits to Australia.
Scott will talk us through the six most recent whiskies to land in Australia as well as some general information about North Star Spirits.

We’ll be tasting the following whiskies: 

15ml x Glen Grant 1998 Aged 23 Years 51.2% ABV
15ml x Glenallachie 2008 Aged 13 Years 56.8% ABV
15ml x Arran 2012 Aged 9 Years 51.8% ABV
15ml x Glasgow 2016 Aged 5 Years 51.5% ABV
15ml x Secret Highland 2007 Aged 13 Years 42.9% ABV
15ml x Secret Speyside 2010 Aged 10 Years 43.2% ABV
