Nant distillery is described as one of the most beautiful in the world and the whisky it produces does not fail to to compliment its looks. A unique combination of pristine natural environment and pure natural ingredients help make this delightful spirit.

The estate on which the distillery sits has been growing barley for 200 years which contributes to nearly one-third of its barley needs. Expect to see the Nant range grow as the distillery has more casks maturing and coming of age since its opening.

Distiller Anthony White has created a whisky with a beautiful sweet nose and wonderful colour. Maturing in only one 100 litre ex-Sherry cask and allowing his spirit to mature for 4 years before bottling at cask strength. At this strength the whisky is full of natural flavours and aromas.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Wood shavings and vanilla custard with apple strudel, lemon rind and caramel.

Taste: Oily and sweet, fruit cake, squashed figs and toasted dates more vanilla custard and very luscious.

Finish: Extremely well balanced, medium in length leaving behind raisins and a slight rum taste.
