This single malt whisky was carefully crafted by the Whisky Mastery Team to showcase the role of ex-bourbon American oak casks in the Macallan portfolio. The expression perfectly combines sweet lightness brought by these casks with depth and complexity from The Macallan’s renowned sherry seasoned American oak casks, to uncover a new, uniquely heightened flavour experience.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Orange oil and creamy vanilla, orchard fruits and toasted almonds with some ginger spice.
Palate: Freshly cooked sponge, ginger snap biscuits, vanilla anglaise and cinnamon spice.
Finish: Medium to long with spiced orchard fruits and soft spice.
