“Hibiki” to the Japanese represents harmony, and so the name symbolises this unique marriage of malts and harmonious blend from Japan. The 24 faces of the Hibiki bottle represent the 24 seasons of the age old Japanese calendar and celebrates the ancient tradition of “Sekki” which has been honoured for centuries. The front label is made from “Washi”, hand-crafted Japanese paper.

The Hibiki range has become extremely popular and sought after, not just in Australia but around the world.

Currently only available in small batches every 6 months this blended whisky from Japan is truly spectacular.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Pineapple, plum, raspberry, honey, hibiscus.

Palate: Banana, pomegranate, custard, pink pepper.

Finish: Sweet, sour, complex.
