Edradour Ballechin Cuvee Aged 8 Years Single Malt Scotch Whisky (30ml)

A very unusual release from Edradour which sees one Edradour ex-Sherry cask being combined with 3 Ballechin ex-Bourbon casks creating a beautiful balance of smoky sweet whisky and creatively being named a Double Malt – Double Cask – Cuvee. 46% abv

Edradour Caledonia 12 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Caledonia Edradour is a special release, selected by songwriter Dougie Maclean and named after his famous song, Caledonia. The handmade single malt is a small batch bottling. At a strength of 46% abv and unchillfiltered, Caledonia retains maximum flavour with great depth and body. Initial maturation in ex-bourbon casks followed by an Oloroso Finish of 4-5 years. An old fashioned whisky for those looking for how whisky used to be made.

Ballechin 2004 SFTC Aged 13 Years Burgundy Cask matured Single Malt Scotch Whisky (30ml)

Ballechin is produced at the Edradour distillery. The name Ballechin originates from a fellow Perthshire farm distillery, which sadly closed its doors in 1927. There, Alfred Barnard, who catalogued all the distilleries in the UK in the 1880’s, made reference to having experienced a peated whisky.

Ballechin was first produced in 2003 using heavily peated barley which has a peated level of no less than 50ppm

Part of the Straight From The Cask range. This bottling was aged for 13 years in a single Burgundy wine cask. Distilled on the 19th of January 2004 and bottled on the 3rd March 2017 from cask number 12. Only 404 bottles were produced worldwide. 53.8% abv

Ballechin 2005 SFTC Aged 11 Years Bordeaux Cask matured Single Malt Scotch Whisky (30ml)

Part of the Straight From The Cask range. This bottling was aged for 11 years in a single Bordeaux wine cask. Distilled on the 7th of December 2005 and bottled on the 2nd March 2017 from cask number 384. Only 407 bottles were produced worldwide. 55.7% abv

Part of the Straight From The Cask range. This bottling was aged for 12 years in a single Port wine cask. Distilled on the 20th of April 2004 and bottled on the 6th February 2017 from cask number 204. Only 415 bottles were produced worldwide. 50.9% abv

Ballechin 2019 Aged 14 Years – Whisky Fair Takao (30ml)

Matured for 14 years in a refill Sherry Hogshead this heavily peated Ballechin is an extremely rare find. Distilled on the 15th of August 2005 and bottled on the 2nd of September 2019. Bottled at 57.8% abv
