Aromatic lemongrass and lavender balance the warmth of the ginger and sweetness of the rhubarb to create something extraordinary.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Syrupy sweet, bouncing with bold aromatic aromas of rhubarb and sweet ginger.

Palate: Fresh sweetness and a sharp tang, stewed rhubarb and hints of citrus.

Finish: Warming spice, ginger syrup.
