Made from a botanical of a selection of ten berries, seeds, peels and roots. The principal botanicals used in this spiced gin are juniper, cinnamon and nutmeg. Bottled at 42.7% abv this Gin is full of warming spices and full of flavour.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Indian spiced custard of nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and coriander. Curry leaves and cumin seeds.

Palate: Boom, juniper hits the tongue and then the spices take over combining cumin, cinnamon and ginger.

Finish: Back comes the creaminess and spiced custard then finishes with mouth filling spice.
