The Distillers Art. The Spirit of Art is a celebration of Fine Art and Fine Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Each unique package features an original artwork with the commissioned artist being carefully chosen for reason of a strength or talent or connection that was considered having particular empathy with the place from which the selected cask originates. Every bottle, every painting, and every signed print are absolutely unique.

The Dailuaine Distillery derives from the Scottish Gaelic ‘An dail uaine’ meaning ‘green valley’. This distilleries whiskies are rarely seen and sought after when they are available. Owners Diageo use the malt from the distillery in blends, mainly Johnnie Walker. Only the best casks make it out to be independently bottled. Available usually at cask strength as a vintage or aged statement.

The Distillers Art offer the remarkable Malt & Art offerings. They also have a secondary label named Small Batch range which is less about the art and more about the liquid. This single malt whisky was distilled at the Linkwood distilleryand left to mature for 10 years. In 2020 it was bottled at 55.8% abv.

Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Creamy, buttery with fresh malted barley and sweet toffee. Think Toffee Crisp’s.

Palate: Honey sweetness, rice bubbles and cinnamon spice.

Finish:  Long and fresh with malted barley, spicy oak and creamy texture.
