That Boutique-y Whisky Company bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.

Whisky production is at the heart of everything they do at the distillery. The Cotswolds Single Malt is a rich, fruity and sip-able whisky. It has a balance and depth of flavour that belies its young age, due to the exceptional attention to detail in their distilling and use of the finest oak casks for maturation. Cotswolds distillery began laying down casks to mature in September 2014, and have filled a number of different types. These will be released in due course, allowing them to add a variety of different bottling’s to their range as the years progress.

A fine sip from Cotswolds Distillery, they’ve been producing outstanding natural spirits since 2014. This is a balanced whisky carrying a real depth of flavour from time spent in the finest oak casks and was made using locally sourced and hand turned Cotswolds barley. Our Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich notes of stewed cherries, sweet notes of creamy caramel, tropical fruits and vanilla with some toasted crushed nuts.

Palate: Lemon and orange citrus, malted barley, garden herbs and vanilla toffee.

Finish: Freshly cut grass, lemon rind and green grapes.
