Designed to support our local bars and restaurants survive during this unprecedented time we have created a series of whisky tastings pack like no other.

This pack will support a fund to help bars in Melbourne when the lockdown restrictions are lifted. This could be through free tastings, bottle donations or advertising.

Corowa Characters Australian Single Malt Whisky (30ml)

Corowa Characters celebrates the people behind the whisky made in Corowa NSW.  A very approachable, single malt, wine cask whisky that exhibits floral characters with honeycomb sweetness on the nose. The palate indicates the combination of French and American Oak influences and the sweetness follows through with good spirit integration. 46% abv

Corowa Bosque Verde Australian Single Malt Whisky  (30ml)

The Bosque Verde was the Corowa Distilling Co’s 2nd release and signifies the distilleries style and bottling design, this was bottled at 56.6% abv, this bottling has been released to capture the whisky at 46% abv.’

This whisky is matured in ex-Port American oak barrels for no less than two years and is bottled at 46% abv. Each bottle has been hand written to signify the date of distillation.

Corowa Private Notes Australian Single Malt Whisky  (30ml)

Private notes is a Federation Cask Release that has been matured in a Apera (Sherry) Cask.

Long Nights were Spent pondering the great and pressing question of Australian Politics- Federation. Something that a Note book from Sir John Quick couldn’t solve. Bottled at 46% abv.

Corowa Bosque Verde Australian Single Malt Whisky  (30ml)

The Bosque Verde was the Corowa Distilling Co’s 2nd release and signifies the distilleries style and bottling design, this was bottled at 56.6% abv, this bottling has been released to capture the whisky at 60% abv.’

This whisky is matured in ex-Port American oak barrels for no less than two years and is bottled at 60% abv.

Corowa Single Barrel #194 Single Malt Whisky  (30ml)

Taking old tawny port barrels, old sherry barrels and ex-bourbon barrels from the USA and filling them with fruity new make and waiting patiently for at least two years has now paid off. The wait is over and now we can all enjoy their hard work and the ultimate vision. The Corowa Distilling Co.

This whisky is the second single barrel release from the distillery and this time the team at Corowa have focused on maturation in a single red wine barrel. Bottled at 69.1% abv.

Corowa Single Barrel #247 Single Malt Whisky  (30ml)

This single barrel whisky marks the start of some single cask releases from the distillery. Taking the fruity clean spirit being produced at the distillery and filling one French oak barrel previously been used to make port If you thought that mature a whisky for approximately 2 years and 3 months would result a whisky lacking in flavour and bursting with young warm spirit then think again. The flavour profile on this is amazing for a two year old whisky. Bottled at 61% abv.
